Study Proves Fluoride Brain Damage

A study conducted by scientists in India demonstrates that consumption of sodium fluoride results in brain and neurological damage. It was published by K. Pratap Reddy of the University College of Sciences at Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, on January 10, 2011.

The study was performed on rats for a period of 60 days. Fluoride resulted in neurodegenerative changes and morphological alterations were observed in the neocortex, hippocampus and cerebellum areas of the brain and also the spinal cord and sciatic nerve.

In 1995, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix and her colleagues found that fluoride studies in rats “can be indicative of a potential for motor dysfunction, IQ deficits and/or learning disabilities in humans.”

“High levels of fluoride in drinking water (1-12ppm) affect central nervous system directly without first causing the physical deformities of skeletal fluorosis.” Reddy writes in the Journal of Medical and Allied Sciences. Damage to the hippocampus often results in hyperactivity and cognitive deficits.

Numerous studies conducted in China, India, Iran, and Mexico have determined that fluoride exposure is associated with IQ deficits in children.

The correlation between fluoride exposure and diminished IQ was underscored earlier this year after the results of a study in China were published. “A recent Chinese study concluded that low dose sodium fluoride in drinking water diminishes IQ, especially among children. This is the twenty-fourth such international study with the same conclusion. Sodium fluoride has also been linked to reduced fertility and lower sperm counts,” Paul Fassa wrote for Natural News in April.

In addition to the Chinese study, and 23 other IQ studies, there have been over 100 animal studies linking fluoride to brain damage, according to the Fluoride Action Network. The Indian study is the most recent.

The Chinese study “should be the study that finally ends water fluoridation. Millions of American children are being exposed unnecessarily to this neurotoxin on a daily basis. Who in their right minds would risk lowering their child’s intelligence in order to reduce a small amount of tooth decay, for which the evidence is very weak,” explains Tara Blank, Ph.D., the Science and Health Officer for the Fluoride Action Network.

The Indian study is available as a PDF here. It is an invaluable asset for activists attempting to get rid of the deadly neurotoxin sodium fluoride from our drinking water and food products.

Amish Don’t Get Autism AND They Don’t Get Vaccinations

People outside the alternative health community are often confused by the lack of autism in the Amish people.  The Amish do not experience autism, or any of the other learning disabilities that plague our technological society.  The Amish live in a society that consists of outdated technologies and ideals, by contemporary standards.  Their diet consists of eating organic, fresh, locally-grown produce, and of course, they do not follow the established vaccination routines.  To the dismay of the mainstream media and the medical establishment, this has resulted in a healthier people, that are void of all of our chronic diseases.  Heart disease, cancer, and diabetes are virtually non-existent in Amish villages.  Equally non-existent are modern, chemically-engineered medicines, enhanced (chemically-engineered) foods, G.M.O. foods, and of course, vaccines.  How is it that those who are without the “miracles” of modern orthodox medicine are healthier?  The truth about health, medicine, and how they both relate to the Amish is becoming an embarrassment to some rather powerful people.

There have been 3 (yes three) verified cases of autism in the Amish, and at least two of those children were vaccinated.  No information is available for the third.  The strong correlation between vaccinations and autism is absolutely undeniable, unless you work for the medical establishment, the government, or Big Media.  Proponents of the status-quo claim that the Amish obviously have a special super gene that makes them immune to autism.  They pathetically try to rationalize that autism is some type of genetic failure (i.e. God’s fault), which attacks a brain based on religious affiliation.  We’re tentatively expecting a space alien theory next, in a similar vein to the aliens theory used to attack those who believe in a Creator.  This is truly is F.D.A. and A.M.A. science in all its shining glory.  Vaccine proponents are willing to espouse any ridiculous explanation, so long as they do not have to accept that their entire industry of vaccinations is causing chronic disease, leaving autism for 1 in every 100 children now.

When the Amish are simply left alone, to live free of chemical toxins found in our medicines and foods, they are not plagued with diseases, learning disabilities, or autism.  They are categorically more intelligent, with the exception of advanced (college-level) writing skills, which is explainable by the fact that English is not their primary language.  Could it be those same Amish ‘super genes’ at work again?  Society could learn greatly from their example, if we would only stop poisoning ourselves, and our children on a routine basis.

Constitution? Whats that??

Yet another update: S1867  has now been approved by the Democrat controlled senate.  All those who were  only pointing the finger at Republicans in comments below may want to re-examine  their statements and take a long hard look at the false left-right paradigm and  equally assign blame to both parties.  The senate version still needs to be  reconciled with the house version which has already passed.

Yahoo News goes on to say:

Shortly before final passage, the Senate unanimously backed crippling  sanctions on Iran as fears about Tehran developing a nuclear weapon outweighed  concerns about driving up oil prices that would hit economically strapped  Americans at the gas pump. The vote was 100-0.

“Iran’s actions are unacceptable and pose a danger to the United States and  the entire world,” Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said. “Iran  supports terrorist groups, arms the killers of American soldiers, lies about its  nuclear program, violates its citizens’ basic rights and threatens Israel’s  security.”

If this is true, then it would mean Paul, Udall, Franken and Sanders (who  tend to be highly regarded in the Truther and Patriot communities) would have  backed these sanctions.

UPDATE: 60 senators betrayed you (it was 61, but Sen. Menendez changed his  vote). They voted against an amendment to the Defense Authorization act, the  indefinite suspension of Habeas Corpus. We are now officially a police state.  Read  the Amendment provision here.  The house version of the bill is available  here, 920 pages.  Senate  text is available here and a PDF of the full senate bill is available here,  682 pages.  The amendment to the Defense Authorization act (the Udall amendment)  would have removed some of the more draconian measures of the bill.  To clear up  some of the confusion, Sen. Udall was the good guy here.

We need to remember that the text of the bill would have provided issues for  people who had not been legally found guilty (no due process), just suspected.    If we look back at our recent history, we can see similar legislation being  misused to silence political dissidents.  Are you calling for the Federal  Reserve to be abolished?  Are you a John Bircher?  Like the Tea Party better  than Occupy or vice versa?  Who knows how it can be misused.  Not trying to be  more alarmist than needed, but we do need to remain vigilant.  Ignore your  rights, and they will go away.

UPDATE: Sen. Menendez asked for and was granted (by unanimous consent from  the Senate) to change his vote. He is now recorded as supporting the Udall  amendment and the final tally is now 38 to 60.

Senate Bill Would Have Allowed Americans to be Detained Even After They Had Been Found Innocent

Forget guilty until proven innocent, this was a case of guilty even after proven innocent.

The Senate last night attempted to pass an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that would have allowed Americans to be detained even if they had been found not guilty by a trial.   Although the fact that indefinite detention without trial has now been codified into law by way of Section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act, an attempt was made at the last minute to fast-track an even more horrifying amendment into the NDAA bill via a voice vote.   Amendment No. 1274 would have given the federal government the power to detain U.S. citizens until Congress declared the ‘war on terror’ over, which we have been told is a never-ending multi-generational conflict. The provision also gave the feds the power to keep an American incarcerated even if they were tried and found not guilty.   Thankfully, Republican Senator Rand Paul discovered the provision and was able to request a last ditch roll call vote. The amendment was eventually defeated by a worryingly narrow final vote of 41-59.   Forget Kafkaesque, the very fact that the Senate even attempted to enact a law that would put the likes of Stalinist North Korea to shame speaks volumes about the contempt that lawmakers have for the bill of rights.

SPRINGFIELD, Virginia – On Thursday night, Senator Rand Paul blocked passage of an amendment that would have allowed the government to indefinitely detain American citizens until Congress declares the War on Terror to be over. These Americans would be detained even if they were tried and found not guilty.   An attempt was made to pass Amendment No. 1274 to the National Defense Authorization Act (S. 1867) by voice vote, but Senator Paul’s objection and request for a roll call vote ultimately led to the bill’s defeat by a final vote of 41-59.   “Campaign for Liberty is proud to stand with Rand Paul as he continues to fight for our liberties against the federal government’s lust to increase its police state powers,” said Matt Hawes, Vice President of Campaign for Liberty.   “The American people should not be forced to sacrifice their fundamental values, like the right to one’s day in court and fair treatment, just so politicians can keep pretending they are making us safer.   “It doesn’t take a lot of imagination to picture how furious the Founders would be that any American, especially one who has been found innocent of the charges, could be held indefinitely by officials sworn to uphold the Constitution.”   Earlier this year, Campaign for Liberty worked with Senator Paul to combat the extension of controversial provisions of the Patriot Act and the IRTPA, and the organization will continue mobilizing its over half a million members to support such efforts to defend the American people’s civil liberties.
